    SUBURBANIS' TERM OF SERVICE

    By commissioning me you automatically agree to my terms of service. I am not responsible for any negligence or failure to follow them.
    These terms of service are subject to change at any time and the buyer is responsible for reading, agreeing to, and following them.
    Any failure to follow my terms may result in being added to my blacklist and I will post a public beware if it’s necessary.    ✦ Usage policy
    ✧ Only me, the commissioner, or the current owner of the depicted character are allowed to use the artwork.
    ✧ The final artwork may be used only for personal, non-commercial use with credit.
    ✧ The artwork must always be credited.
    ✧ The artwork may not be used for commercial profit.
    ✧ You cannot edit or alter the final artwork or WIP images.
    ✧ You may not claim my work as your own.
    ✧ You may not trace my artwork.    ✦ Payment
    ✧ The full payment must be sent upfront
    ✧ If you do not send the payment within 24 hours after I send the invoice your commission will be declined.
    ✧ Refunds are not available unless I'm unable to finish the commission.
    ✧ Refunds are not available if I already have finished your commission.    ✦ General
    ✧ You must +18 to commission me.
    ✧ The final artwork will be finished in around 1 to 12 weeks.
    ✧ Prices are not negotiable.
    ✧ Once I have begun with your commission you may not ask for a character change.
    ✧ You may not remove or edit my watermark.
    ✧ You can ask for small changes exclusively in the sketch and the coloring process.
    ✧ Edits requested near completion may result in being declined or in a fee charge
    ✧ I will not make big edits after the commission is finished.
    ✧ You do not have the right to sell the artwork for NFT.
    ✧ You do not have the right to use my art to train AI engines.

    COMMISSION INFO

    ✦ Will draw:
    ✧ OC’s / personal characters.
    ✧ Anthropomorphic (furry) characters.
    ✧ Slight blood.
    ✧ Cold weapons.
    ✧ Any gender / body type.    ✦ Might draw:
    ✧ Non-feline furry characters.
    ✧ Suggestive art.
    ✧ Human characters.    ✦ Will not draw:
    ✧ Feral (“quad”) characters.
    ✧ Real people.
    ✧ NSFW.
    ✧ Gore, body horror.
    ✧ Artistic nudity.
    ✧ Art related to any fetish / kink (both SFW and NSFW).
    ✧ Art related to hate speech.
    ✧ Art related to any political or religious movement (religious clothing is ok).
    ✧ Zoophilic/pedophilic content.
    ✧ Proship art.
    ✧ Characters belonging to any franchise.    ✧ The reference sheet sent must be digital, unshaded, clear, readable, and SFW. It may contain artistic nudity as long as it is SFW. I do not work with traditional or shaded reference sheets
